José Renato “N”, alias the sinaloa was linked to the process for his possible participation in the homicide of three people, said person is identified as alleged leader of a cell generating violence linked to “a criminal organization with origins in the state of Michoacán”, newspaper reports indicate that said organization would be the Michoacán Family.
It should be noted that it is second legal process who is facing the sinaloaThe first is for the crimes of carrying, trafficking and stockpiling of prohibited weapons, and crimes against health.
The facts were reported on the afternoon of Sunday, April 16, by the Attorney General’s Office of Justice of the State of Mexico (FGJEM), an institution that detailed that: “FGJEM investigations determined that José Renato “N”, alias “Sinaloa” , apparently it is one of the leaders of a criminal group that generates violence, linked to a criminal organization with origins in the state of Michoacán.”
In the same way, the judge set a period of one month to carry out the complementary investigations, as well as informal preventive detention, after the evidence data was presented.
José Renato “N” was arrested on April 5 together with 95 doses of a drug and a bowl with crystal and a squad-type weapon. The Edomex authorities indicated that the triple homicide with which he would be related occurred last October 2022. Elements of the Secretary of Security (SS) and the Attorney General’s Office, both from Edomex, participated in his capture.
The research from the Mexican authorities continue with the objective of recognizing if he is involved with other criminal activities in the entity.
