The former vocalist of ‘Van Gogh’s Ear’ returns to Instagram with a most hopeful publication where She is optimistic after a time away from the media spotlight to recover from the mental health problems she suffered.
Fourteen months after her last publication on social networks, Amaia Montero wanted to share a new snapshot with her more than 543,000 followers in which she appears on board a boat with a fishing rod. Dressed in a black skirt and a t-shirt of the same color where the word ‘pink’ can be read, the singer appears looking at the horizon. The image is accompanied by a very special message.
“Because I am only one step away from gaining joy…“, writes Amaia Montero, winking at her professional colleague Luis Fonsi. And the verse that the artist shares is from one of the Puerto Rican’s most successful songs, ‘I don’t give up’. Quite a declaration of intentions with which the Basque woman makes it clear that she is very close to full recovery.
