Get ready to fight with nostalgia in The King of Fighters XIII Global Match (KoF XIII GM) on PlayStation 4 this June! The game’s open beta will be available between June 5 at 11 pm and June 11 at 11 pm (Brasília time).
The game is in development for PS4 and Nintendo Switch and, according to SNK Corporation, the purpose of the beta is to improve the gameplay and overall experience for online players before the final version of the game reaches consoles.
A PlayStation Plus membership will not be required to play online during trials.
To participate in the open beta, simply download the game on your PS4 or PS5 from the PlayStation Store between June 5th and 11th, when you will be able to play it for free. During testing all 36 characters will be available in 4 game modes.
The four game modes available during the test are:
- Practice mode (only while waiting for opponents);
- Online way;
- Options mode: to adjust game settings;
- custom mode.
It is worth remembering that during testing the game may have some problems, as it is still a beta version. Also, data saved in this version will not be transferable to the final version and Story Mode will not be available in the beta version.
