The Norwegian organization known primarily for its two Counter-Strike teams announced today that they have taken in their first Valorant squad.
The goal is to win
The popular shooting game from RIOT Games has, since its launch in 2020, had a tremendous development in both tournaments and player base. Apek’s new Valorent team will thus be seen in the Challenger tournaments later this year, where the goal is to win Ascension.
In its own press release could Apek’s new managing director, Espen Berg Knutsen, say that the organization is proud and looking forward to being able to compete in Valorant.

We bring experience and professionalism from the traditional sport and love working with partners like Riot Games who reflect our ambition to improve the industry.

Happy for the opportunity
Apeks Valorant’s new shooting star Enzo “Enzo” Mestari is also grateful for being able to represent the Norwegian e-sports club.
– I am incredibly happy to join Apeks and to have the opportunity to build a successful team from scratch, with the goal of qualifying for the Valorant Champions Tour through Ascension. Our team is a perfect blend of experience and talent and with all the knowledge I have gained over the past few years, I will do my best to develop the team and create our own formula for success.
