Apple has added more devices to the obsolete list.
The group keeps a list of discontinued products. This is regularly expanded. Now that was list expanded to include additional products.
This outrageously expensive Apple Watch is now considered “outdated”

This is worth mentioning because the “Apple Watch Edition Gold” model released in 2015 cost 17,000 US dollars, around 16,000 euros. So anyone who dug deep into their pockets to afford this edition is now looking into the tube.
The case is made of 18-carat gold. In 2016, Apple stopped production and instead offered ceramic models as the most expensive variant (around 1000 euros).
All other 38mm and 42mm aluminum and stainless steel versions of the original Apple Watch, including Hermès variants, are now also considered obsolete.
Repairs are made more difficult
