“Apple Books narration technology unifies voice production technology with a team of linguists, QA specialists, and sound engineers to produce high-quality audiobooks,” Apple said in a statement.
The company also explained that in the case of human narratives, it will continue to be offered in its regular content catalog and It will not make variations that generate the predominance of one type of voice over another, even though these new ways of producing audiobooks are less costly for the company.
“Apple Books remains committed to celebrating and showcasing the magic of human storytelling,” he added.
