An extreme climate zone, eight teams, 16 participants, one goal: survival.

There is a new survival show and it has it all! Former elite soldier Ottogerd “Otto” Karasch and winner of “7 vs Wild” is now bringing out his own survival challenge.

At „Arctic Warrior“ A total of 16 participants fight for the title in teams of two in icy Finland. The teams are exposed to the wilderness in Lapland, sometimes at -40 degrees Celsius, and have to face various challenges there.

The teams are released into the icy wilderness with a helicopter and have to reach a set goal within five days and master various challenges along the way

The participants

Each team consists of a well-known personality from show, TV, web or sports and a military professional, such as a mountaineer, a foreign legionnaire or a sniper.

▶︎ is included Sascha Hellinger (“unsympathisch.tv”, 28). He is one of the most successful YouTube and Twitch streamers in Germany and inspires more than 2.7 million people on YouTube with his videos.

▶︎ Florian “Silent Outdoors” Penker is a nature and outdoor YouTuber and stepped in as a backup candidate for fitness influencer Sascha Huber, who had to retire shortly before the start due to an injury.

▶︎ Stephan Puetz (35) is one of the most successful and famous MMA fighters in Germany. About his participation in the new survival format, he says on Instagram: “An extremely great time in the vastness of Lapland, which I will always remember fondly.”

▶︎ Ex-Bloodhound Gang bassist and entertainer Jared Hasselhoff („Evil Jared“, 51) is also among the participants. In his past he’s had quite a few crazy and happy times NAKED actions brought, but a survival fight in the wilderness at -40 degrees is also a new challenge for Evil Jared.

▶︎ Yvonne Pferrer (28) is not just an actress („Köln 50667“) and author, but also inspires her now 1.6 million Instagram fans with her adventure trips and outdoor challenges. For them, too, “Arctic Warrior” is not their first experience in the wilderness.

▶︎ Gerd Schönfelder (52) is a legend of Paralympic skiing. He won 22 medals and was world champion 14 times.

He inspires many people with his moving life story and impressive sports career: As a teenager, he lost his right arm and most of the fingers on his left hand in a train accident. Now he wants to prove himself in snow and ice in the Finnish wilderness.

▶︎ Adventurer and cyclist Alex Müller (“Roofless Cat”) gave up his job as a virtual designer at the age of 33 to travel the world and experience crazy adventures. Now the next challenge in “Arctic Warrior” is waiting for him.

︎ And not only celebrities are taking part: Over 1000 people have applied for the two available “wildcard” places with a YouTube clip. The winners were teacher Franziska Sieber and YouTuber Lorena Bombik (“LoloMaus”).

“Arctic Warrior” starts on April 23, 2023 at 5 p.m. on Otto’s YouTube channel (“OttoBulletproof”) and on Paramount+. The new episodes are then always online on Wednesdays and Sundays at 5 p.m.
