The violent events that Ecuador has experienced in the last week have made the citizens react to fight against the wave that threatens the population. A Quito factory can’t keep up with the dozens of vehicles waiting their turn to be transformed into dark glass battleships. Their owners come to pay fortunes to shield them from the threat of drug trafficking, which grows alongside the security industry in a country suffering a strong wave of violence.
