The journalist, director and founder of the online media group “Radio M” and “Maghreb Emergent” was arrested on Saturday night.
Indeed, according to Radio M, Ihsane El Kadi was arrested again around midnight and a half in his secondary residence in Zemmouri in the wilaya of Boumerdès by 6 plainclothes police officers.
According to the same source, he had been invited by telephone around 10 p.m. to go to the Antar barracks of the General Directorate of Internal Security (DGSI). However, the journalist informed them that he could not move because he was far from the wilaya of Algiers.
Two hours later, six police officers in two vehicles came to his home and asked him to follow them, the same media added.
It should also be noted that Radio M e does not provide details on the reasons for the arrest of its director.
