The Attorney General of the Republic (FGR), issued this afternoon an arrest warrant against Diego Marcelo Oviedo Ávalos, accused of attempted murder, for being the main aggressor of a young man in a friendly sporting event that was played last Friday in the luxurious residential Villa Tuscania, in Zaragoza, in the department of La Libertad.

The victim was identified as Christian Medrano, who suffered serious fractures to the skull, arm, nose and other blows to various parts of the body, after being attacked by several visitors to the residence, but the Prosecutor’s Office has acted only against from Oviedo Ávalos for being the main aggressor.

For his part, the attorney general, Rodolfo Delgado, warned people who hide the young man and recalled that this constitutes a crime and that therefore they could also be penalized.

The public complaint was filed on Saturday by Francela Marinero Pineda, the victim’s girlfriend. In a thread on her Twitter account, the young woman affirms that Oviedo Ávalos is primarily responsible for the injuries caused to Christian. According to the story, Oviedo left after the beating in a Toyota Rush car with license plates P850626. together with him escaped Maria Jose Garciawho also assaulted her when she tried to avoid the beating.

“I want to make a public complaint, yesterday (Friday) February 17 at 10:00 p.m. My boyfriend was brutally beaten by inhumane and violent and highly dangerous people,” Francela published on her Twitter and Facebook accounts, where provided all the details tagging the Attorney General of the Republic (FGR) and the National Civil Police (PNC).
