In the plans outlined by the Mundfish team with Atomic Heart’s 4 post-launch DLCs, there may also be room for a Virtual Reality version. To suggest it are the developers of the awaited sci-fi FPS in an exchange of jokes that took place on social networks with the many users who await the release of the title.

In responding to an enthusiast eager to know if a VR version of Atomic Heart was already in development, the curators of Mundfish’s social networks clearly specified that “that’s a really good starting point. Yes, we are thinking of a version in Virtual Reality of Atomic Heart, but first let us launch the game on platforms with TVs or monitors!”.

The launch of Atomic Heart on PC, PlayStation, Xbox and Game Pass, we remember, is expected for February 21st. Curiously, the international marketing of Playstation VR2 is scheduled for the following day: in all probability this is a pure and simple coincidence, especially due to the latest statements from the developers and, above all, the many postponements that have affected the Mundfish sci-fi shooter.

While waiting for further updates on the Virtual Reality version of this ambitious FPS tinged with role-playing and survival elements, we leave you in the company of our Atomic Heart special between robots and the Cold War.
