HOUSTON – A grandfather has been accused of leaving five children in his home unsupervised, without food and without access to air conditioning amid searing temperatures.
Kevin Turner, 53, appeared before a judge this Wednesday morning. Turner is charged with child endangerment, the judge set bail for him at $10,000.
