For Tarek Buchmann, a promotion is apparently on the agenda for the summer. The podcast ‘Die Bayern-Woche’ from ‘Sport1’ reports that the 17-year-old central defender is to train with the FC Bayern professional team at the end of the current season. At the moment Buchmann still has to do without the morning training sessions under Julian Nagelsmann because he is doing his Abitur and therefore goes to school.

The German U17 national player was part of the winter training camp in Doha and knew how to convince the coaching team. Buchmann made five appearances each for the record champions’ U19s in the current season in the league and in the UEFA Youth League. The captain missed the start of the season with an outer ligament injury.
