FC Bayern’s move to bring Alexander Nübel (26) back to Munich in January to replace the injured Manuel Neuer (36) met with little approval from the goalkeeper who was loaned out to Monaco. “It makes little sense that I come back”Nübel chooses clear words in an interview with ‘Bild’.
The reason: Nübel does not just want to be used as an interim solution and will be back in line again from the summer. “I don’t know how serious Manuel’s injury is. But I think he will be fit again by the summer, at the latest in preparation for the next season. I’ll keep my fingers crossed for him.”according to Nübel.
