The leadership of Boca Juniors considers expelling Christian Gribaudo and Rodolfo Ferrari, members of the board of directors chaired by Daniel Angelici, as partners for paying a capital gain to Talleres de Córdoba in advance of a future sale of soccer player Cristian Pavón, who was never concrete.

The management of Daniel Angelici advanced Talleres 2,400,000 million dollars in pesos (528,000,000 million) as capital gains for the striker between August and November 2018 for a future sale that never took place.

“With Monday’s newspaper I say that I was wrong, I thought that Pavón was going to the World Cup (Russia 2018), he came back and was worth 50 million dollars. We made an advance to Talleres in the future for a possible sale. We are not going to lose money with Pavón, we paid him $1,200,000 in 12 installments,” Angelici explained on the subject three years ago.

Faced with this situation, Boca analyzes what to do with both partners and the decision will be reported to the disciplinary court in the next few days.

“Royco” Ferrari, former first vice president of the Angelici administration, was later a vice-presidential candidate with José Beraldi on an opposition list. Now, he would accompany Andrés Ibarra, a former member of the Macri management at the Ribera club, in the formula. Gribaudo, for his part, held the position of secretary general and is currently a provincial senator for Together for Change.

Ameal, for his part, took the fact to the ordinary Justice a complaint filed in the National Criminal and Correctional Court No. 54, in charge of Doctor Walter José Candela.
