Terror and panic in Calle 8. A woman was the victim of a terrible act of insecurity while walking through the center of La Plata during the early hours of yesterday.
The event occurred while the victim was walking accompanied by a young man, but in a matter of seconds she was adrift after being chased by three thugs, all minors.
The entire sequence was filmed by the security cameras of the Commune, and as could be seen, the victim, seeing that it was the target of the thieves, did not hesitate and ran desperately to avoid being caught.
It was at that moment that in the face of the scare, the young woman threw her wallet towards the suspects. In it she carried a SUBE card, a cell phone charger and cosmetics.
While this action was taking place, the criminals were seen running to the victim, through the cameras. Municipal agents activated the alert and notified police personnel as a prevention.
Minutes after the call, the police officers were present at the scene and set up a lock operation.
After a brief chase, the uniformed men finally managed to intercept the defendants and, after reducing them, apprehended them.
Spokesmen detailed that the detainees ended up at the First Police Station, with charges of aggravated robbery in a town and in a gang.
Obviously, since they are all inimputable for being minors, the three between 14 and 16 years old, the Juvenile Criminal Responsibility Judiciary in La Plata ordered their identification and delivery to the parents.
It is worth mentioning that as a result of this fact, merchants in the area indicated that they daily “are attentive” to the small groups that cause “outrages” in the center since “they are almost always the same”, noting that the majority are minors.
