There will be a merger of C More and TV4 Play after the summer. The joint platform adopts the latter name and thus scraps the C More brand. This is evident from a press release signed TV4.

– TV4 is all of Sweden’s television channel and everyone can still gather in front of Masked Singer Sweden on Fridays, free of charge. At the same time, C More users will recognize C More’s range, but in a new service, says Mathias Berg, CEO of TV4 in a comment.
He continues:
– At the same time, we give all of Sweden the opportunity to stream, for example, sports, drama, entertainment and news on TV4 Play. There is also the option to watch content with or without advertising.
TV4 writes that anyone who currently pays for C More will be moved over to become a plus user on TV4 Play. The content should remain the same as before. More information will be provided to customers closer to the transition.
