Santiago Cafiero said that from Brazil, Lula Da Silva will promote “regional integration” in which the government of Alberto Fernández has worked from its position in various international organizations.

“Globalization is going to be a globalization of blocks. This affirmation does not make sense if we do not put organization into it and the organization will end up being brought by Brazil: because of its power, because of its perspective, because it believes in regional integration as an engine that promotes the economy of his country and of the surrounding countries”declared Cafiero in an interview published by the Spanish news agency EFE.

The foreign minister will travel tomorrow, January 1, together with the president to the inauguration of the Brazilian president, who will assume power for the third time after leading the country from January 1, 2003 to January 1, 2011.

Likewise, Cafiero expressed his desire that tomorrow be “a party” like the one that the founder of the Workers’ Party “deserves”, who in 2018 received a conviction for corruption that was revoked after 580 days of imprisonment.

“Seeing that politics and truth prevailed for me is something exciting”pointed out about the release of Da Silva, whom he described as a “unique leader who never stopped fighting” and who constitutes “an example for all”.
