Mario Sáenz, who is the brother of Luis V. Saenz, Cameron County prosecutor, was arrested this Monday, June 19, because he faces an arrest warrant in McLennan County.
The prosecutor, through his office, reported in writing that he will not comment on his brother’s arrest.
Mario’s arrest occurred in Cameron County, from where he will be transferred to McLennan County to face his judicial process.
