Carla Barber warns about the aesthetic treatment that "never" works

With more than a million followers on social networks, Carla Barber is one of the most popular doctors specializing in aesthetic medicine and with the greatest pull on Instagram. The 32-year-old Canarian uses this platform not only to share part of her day-to-day life but also to promote her work and give some other beauty advice. She recently wanted to alert her fans about the aesthetic treatment that, according to her, never works.

After receiving a multitude of questions about a treatment to remove stretch marks, Carla Barber makes it clear: “The stretch mark is not a scar and, unfortunately, it really has no remedy.” “There is nothing to remove it and it is not worth the improvement that is obtained in relation to the cost of the treatments,” he adds.

Carla Barber’s advice

“It doesn’t matter what you do. No radio frequency or laser is going to remove your stretch mark, just so you know”, insists the Canary Islander. To give more veracity to her words, Carla Barber has confessed to having tried several of these treatments, although all of them without any success. “I have tried all the machines on the market and there is nothing that removes the stretch mark. Nothing worth the cost-benefit”points out.

“Thank you for saying it because they were going to take money all over my face”, answers one of his followers. “It’s very sad,” the doctor tells her, confessing that something similar happened to her when she was only 18 years old and she believed in the benefits of a treatment that was promoted in a well-known magazine.
