Since his first appearance in the Naruto anime and manga, Claw became one of the fan favorite characters and this was reinforced when we saw him in Naruto: Shippuden. Gaara’s design is one of the best that Masashi Kishimoto gave us and thanks to the talented Caties we can imagine what she would look like if she were a woman, as she did an excellent genderbend cosplay.
Caties is a very talented Asian cosplayer who has been sharing photos cosplaying her favorite characters for a little over a year, presenting professional quality shoots from her first works. The most recent cosplay that Caties has made is that of Gaara, since she published the genderbend version of her inspired by Naruto: Shippuden yesterday and you can see the excellent result below:
In the time that Caties has been active, she has presented more than a dozen cosplays of anime and manga characters, but until now she had not paid tribute to Naruto or Naruto Shippuden, let alone Boruto. That just changed thanks to Gaara’s cosplay of her genderbend, though we hope this isn’t the last time Caties transforms into a Kishimoto character.
In general, Caties usually shares several photos of her different cosplays, especially those that are very well received by her followers, so we hope that she will share more photos of her Gaara genderbend cosplay in the coming weeks. “The best Gaara cosplay I’ve ever seen.”, says one of the comments on her post, so we hope Caties gets motivated and gives us another look.
The genderbend cosplay of Gaara that Caties presented is his most recent creation and no fan of Naruto: Shippuden should miss it, although it is not the only anime and manga tribute that he has done in recent months.
