The head of the Buenos Aires government, Horacio Rodriguez Larreta, made official this Tuesday the incorporation of weight figures to his cabinet -such as that of the economist Martín Redrado-, facing the 2023 campaign and in an attempt to show renowned leaders in his team. This reignited the differences between the main presidential hopefuls.
Patricia Bullrich, his main rival -for the moment- in the electoral contest, questioned these changes in the administration of the City. “A lot of charge, right? It seems to me that the country’s political discussion is less charge and more austerity,” said the head of PRO.
“What we have to discuss is not incorporating more people because I give them a position, but rather being able to convince people that Argentina has to have a more reasonable State“, said the former Minister of Security, interviewed by TN.
In the next few hours, Rodríguez Larreta will announce the incorporation of important leaders to his team of collaborators made up of Martin Redrado, Waldo Wolff; Silvina Lospenatto.
Criticism of Larreta’s strategy
For Bullrich, Larreta’s strategy stems from a look “traditional”“, when, he maintained, “Argentina’s strategy is profound change.”
