FRESNO COUNTY, California- During the early hours of this Wednesday, two cars collided on Highway 180, killing the driver of one of them, said the California Highway Patrol, CHP.

According to the police report, a Dodge Charger truck with four occupants inside collided with a Honda Odyssey at high speed, at the height of Bethel Avenue, in Sanger.

Due to the impact, the vehicle ended up crashing into a tree, causing the death of the driver of the Honda.

The driver of the Dodge and three passengers were transported to CRMC with minor injuries.

CHP authorities say they do not believe alcohol was a factor in this accident, however the cause is still under investigation.
