The Civil Defense directorates of the municipalities of the region They received a warning this Saturday afternoon for the high temperatures that will be recorded this SundayTherefore, they also launched recommendations to inform the population regarding the care that must be taken to avoid harm to health.
This is a yellow alert that includes zone 9 of Civil Defense, which includes La Plata, Berisso and Ensenada. The report issued by the Buenos Aires Civil Defense indicates that on Sunday “the province will be affected by high temperatures that can affect health”.
It is then considered that the districts that are in yellow may be exposed to mild to moderate effects on people, so it is recommended:

Increase fluid intake without waiting to feel thirsty.

Do not expose yourself to the sun excessively or in the afternoon.

Avoid alcoholic or highly sugary drinks.

Avoid large meals.

Eat vegetables and fruits

Reduce physical activity.

Take extreme precautions to avoid fires.
In other sectors of the province, such as the centers and the southwest, the temperatures will be even more dangerous, which is why the warning is “orange”.
In La Plata, maximum temperatures of up to 33 degrees were recorded this Saturday, while the hottest area of the day was Tolosa.
