At least eight missing
The manager of a night grocery store was a witness. “I saw people running, smoke. I arrived before the firefighters, before everyone else. I started removing the stones a bit, seeing if there were people we could get out. It’s not possible, everything has fallen on them“, he says. On arriving, the firefighters find a fire under the rubble. The balance sheet remains provisional, Sunday, April 9, with five injured and at least eight people missing. The building led to two adjoining buildings in its fall.
