For the past 30 years, players of all ages have been magically duelling Magic cards, trying to steal life with sorceries, creature summons, instants, and all sorts of other card types and mechanics. While the basic principle has hardly changed over the years, as is usual with trading card games, countless new card sets were released for Magic: The Gathering, which brought new tricks and rules with them. March of the Machine was released on April 21st the latest expansion that implements the finale of the battle with the Phyrexian hordes. In it, the last remaining Guardians of the Multiverse fight to stop the Phyrexians from assimilating and changing all worlds forever.
In order to represent these clashes well in the games, the latest set introduces the new card types of the battles. These double-faced cards are played in order to then attack them themselves, thus overcoming a battle. If you succeed, flip them facedown to create powerful creatures, gain powerful effects, and more. But of course there are always two in his battle, which is why one of the opponents is chosen as the protector.
To coincide with the release of March of the Machine, we are again announcing a quiz competition! In order to win, you have to play quizzes in our quiz tool and thereby gain experience points. For each correctly answered question in a quiz you get XP. Anyone who has at least 50,000 experience points in the weekly leaderboard that week, i.e. from April 24th to April 30th, will automatically take part in the competition for the main prize and the bonus prizes. To enter the bonus prize draw, all you need is 30,000 experience points by the end of the week. The deadline for determining the winner is April 30, 2023 at 11:55 p.m. Please note that only the experience points collected this week count, not the experience points before or after! And another tip: A quiz that you have already played before gives only very few experience points.
