However, starting this week, all users who need to file can go directly to their local office, although the appointment system will continue to be available to schedule the day and time of their choice, without the need to queue or wait. shift.
Condusef normalizes its service and provides options
The information released through a statement from the agency also reiterates the invitation to users to use the different remote service channels on its website, such as: The Electronic Complaint Portal; The Registry of Collection Offices (REDECO), for complaints about bad collection practices; The Registry of Users who do not wish to receive advertising information on financial products and services (REUS).
