Juarez City.– The municipal president Cruz Pérez Cuéllar laid the first stone of the South-East Urban Park, which will have a commercial plaza that will make it self-sustaining.

With an investment of 111 million pesos and a construction of 74,000 square meters divided into two stages, work began on this park with the laying of the first stone.

In the first stage there will be a field, a band shell with a forum for 15,000 people, jogging track, main road, skate park and parking lot with 385 parking spaces.

The mayor explained that a commercial plaza will also be built with premises that will be rented, and the resources will be used to maintain the park.

For his part, the director of public works of the Municipality, Daniel González García, informed that with the laying of this first stone, stage 1 begins, to be completed before the end of the year, and in 2024 the second stage will be carried out.
