Due to preparatory work for the modernization of the ÖBB station Klaus, there will be restrictions on train traffic until May 21st.

Most of the S-Bahn trains between Rankweil and Götzis are affected. Currently, every second train on the S1 line is no longer being used. The restrictions in detail:

Direction Rankweil – Götzis
Cancellation (during the day) of the S-Bahn trains on line S1 between Rankweil and Götzis with departure from Rankweil train station at 35 minutes past the hour (e.g. 08:35 a.m. from Rankweil train station)

Direction Götzis – Rankweil
Cancellation (during the day) of the S-Bahn trains on line S1 between Götzis and Rankweil with departure from Götzis train station at 15 minutes past the hour (e.g. 08:15 a.m. from Götzis train station)

Due to the work, there are also occasional train cancellations in different sections. In addition, two connections in the early morning hours (S1 – scheduled at 4:30 a.m. from Feldkirch and R5 – scheduled at 4:56 a.m. from Feldkirch) run earlier to Götzis.
