Resignation among beauty queens. Coraline Lerasle, Miss Centre-Val de Loire 2022, announced Friday her decision to return her scarf. Jade Lange, defending champion in 2021, will return for a second year to replace her.
“I renounce my title of Miss Centre-Val de Loire for personal reasons”, simply declared the 23-year-old young woman on her Instagram account (closed to the public since), as reported ‘The New Republic‘.
“I thank you very warmly for your unfailing support which helped me to surpass myself”, she continues. “Live your dreams fully.” The reasons for his withdrawal were not disclosed.
“Coraline contacted me to let me know of her choice to give up her title,” said Stéphanie Chanoine Talata, regional delegate of the Miss France committee, to the same media. “I respect his decision.”
Eliminated in the middle of the show
Coraline Lerasle was elected Miss Centre-Val de Loire on October 23 in Dreux, as reported Le Figaro.
