Cédric Tauleygne has been wanted since July, he is the main suspect in the murder of his ex-wife and her new companion.

Since July, despite calls for witnesses, Cédric Tauleygne remains untraceable. This 35-year-old man is suspected of having killed his ex-girlfriend Aurélie Pardon, 32, and Gabriel Fourmigué, 55, with whom she had recently had a relationship, last July. In the middle of a divorce, Cédric Tauleygne would not have supported his wife moving on.

The two bodies were found in Pouyastruc (Hautes-Pyrénées) last July.

The main suspect has since been sought, and the trail of his death after the tragedy is on the table. But for the brother of Aurélie Pardon, questioned by The DispatchCédric Tauleygne is not dead and would have even prepared his escape.

“Why research is not carried out beyond Spain”?

Jean-Romain Pardon explains that his brother-in-law had “been seen drinking beers before arriving in the Jaca region” after the murder, in northern Spain, an area where he was seen for the last time.

“He knew the Aragonese region perfectly since every year he spent a month’s vacation with his uncle in Sainte-Engrace in the Basque Country (…) He was able to easily hide money there in the previous weeks.”

The victim’s brother explains that he does not understand “why research is not carried out beyond Spain because knowing him, he did not stay there for long.” He even assumes that Cédric Tauleygne was able to go to Africa, explaining that his brother-in-law earned a very good living, and had declared that he had 150,000 euros aside at the time of the divorce.

Jean-Romain Pardon even emits the possibility of the existence of an accomplice, declaring that one of Cédric Tauleygne’s relatives “had suspicious behavior towards us in the days following Aurélie’s death”.

“Today, we have the feeling that nothing is being done to locate” the suspect deplores in any case Jean-Romain Pardon, who remembers his sister as a “solar” person with whom he was “fusional “. He says he is happy to have seen her “radiant” the weeks before her death, “like a bird coming out of its cage. That’s what he couldn’t stand.”
