The Nenzinger seniors 50plus have again invited to a comfortable day trip. The goal was to visit the well-known Ailinger Mill in Bad Schussenried in Germany.

The traditional flour products were presented during a humorous tour of the company. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected death in the Ailinger family, the guided tour could only be carried out to a limited extent.

After a short drive to Steinhausen, the village church/pilgrimage church “St. Peter & Paul” was visited. The baroque church is often referred to as the most beautiful village church in the world. Chairman Karl Moll gave a very interesting lecture on the history and architecture of this imposing building.

The journey continued to the Swabian country inn “Zum Rad” in Aulendorf for lunch together. Strengthened with Swabian specialties, we drove on to Ravensburg, the city of towers and gates. With a walk through the narrow streets of the old town or with a cozy seat in one of the numerous cafes, the special flair of the historic city could be enjoyed before the journey home was started.
