death stranding 2. In any case, this is what a first leak, spotted on the ArtStation account of senior character artist Frank Aliberti, suggests. Yesterday, the developer hinted at a very first release window for the PS5 exclusive developed by Hideo Kojima: we go directly to 2023 for an appointment by 2024.
Since then, Frank Aliberti has obviously removed the game from his ArtStation profile. Too late that said, since screenshots of this date have already made the rounds of the web. On the captured images, it is also possible to see another supposed PS5 exclusive. The mention of the FPS Playstation could well refer to the title developed by Firewalk Studiosthe team made up of industry veterans who have notably worked on Bioshock, call of duty and destiny.
The sequel to a game like no other
The Death Stranding 2 project has been known for some time, at least unofficially. Earlier in the year, Norman Reedus had dropped a small bomb by announcing a new collaboration with Hideo Kojima. He then reacted with a humorous tweetwithout confirming the statements of his actor.
We had to wait until the Game Awards ceremony held on December 8 to discover the formalization of the project with a first trailer full of mysteries (available in the player above). This time, the character of Fragile, played by Léa Seydoux, should be at the heart of this new story. It is still difficult to get a glimpse of the main lines of this story. The first opus already included vast areas of shadows, this one should not derogate from the rule. Nevertheless, Hideo Kojima should most certainly tell us more during the year 2023. Case to follow.
