Perla disappeared on April 9 after leaving her home in the Barrio Santa Ana neighborhood of the Tláhuac mayor’s office. She was last seen on the road to Leon, Guanajuato.

The CDMX Prosecutor’s Office reported that it works in conjunction with the Guanajuato State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) to clarify the death of the 19-year-old girl.

However, Perla’s family is not satisfied with the actions that the FGJ has taken so far. Among their demands are that the authorities obtain the statements from the three people with whom the woman was last seen in Guanajuato.
The relatives denounced inconsistencies in the information that Perla’s friend gave them and the information that she published on social networks. In that sense, they demand that she be investigated.
The case of Perla Cristal was added to that of Bionce Amaya Cortez, a young woman who lived in Texas, United States and traveled to Nuevo León to visit his friends. The woman disappeared on April 9 in the municipality of China.
Her friends declared that they left her alone at the entrance to the aforementioned municipality, without going into details. On Saturday, April 15, the Nuevo León State Attorney General’s Office conducted three searches and in one of them they located the body of Bionce, 20 years old.
