The Paragon Board is one of the new features in Diablo 4 that allows you to further refine and customize characters in the endgame.
However, you will not be able to save different Paragon loadouts when the game launches.

That doesn’t mean there will never be such an option. At least, Associate Game Director Joe Piepiora thinks it’s an interesting idea.
“That’s a really great suggestion,” he points out (via gamerant). “I think that’s something we’d like to do for the Paragon board in the future, but it’s not available at launch.”

Since Diablo 4 should keep you busy for the long term, this is of course an idea that can be implemented later.
Diablo 4 will be released on June 6, 2023 for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
