The IGJ filed a complaint against Patricia Bullrich, Gerardo Milman and the campaign manager, Juan Pablo Arenaza, for using public funds from an NGO to finance their presidential campaign.

The IGJ concluded that “(Bullrich) sought undue profit for himself since he has used money that is not his property and that was not contributed to any political party, to meet the expenses of his own and particular campaign.”
