The incident that caused Sæter to light all the plugs happened while he, Ingeborg Myhre and Aurora Gude were living at Torpet.

– We spent a whole day making fries, because things take time when you have stone ovens and wood burning. It turned out very well, we had oil and spices… Then Ingeborg managed to lose all her form on the floor, says Sæter when he hosts Good evening Norway.

Myhre tells the same story, but has replaced “we made” with “I made”.

– The fries were absolutely perfect, and the two of them were drooling. Then I manage to drop everything on the floor, but they pounced on it like animals. The glass was completely pulverized, and when they noticed it, Erik thought he was going to have internal bleeding. It was complete chaos, laughs Myhre over the phone.

Thought he was going to die

Sæter says that he felt the crack in his mouth, but he swallowed anyway.

– Then I was very afraid that I had swallowed glass, and that it would go through the whole system and then I would die, he says, and continues:

– So I went out to have a good time, and I started arguing with Ingeborg and Aurora because they just thought it was fun. I freaked out like hell!

Sæter probably really had little cause for concern. In accordance Illustrated Science small shards of glass and powdered glass are harmless. They are supported by nurse Mona Johansen at helsenett.no.

– Shards of glass can cause damage if they are large. But as a rule, the body will sort itself out by producing mucus that surrounds the sharp object so that it can pass through the intestine and come out without the intestine and mucous membranes being damaged, she answers there.

Myhre knew this, and only laughed when a manic Sæter ran out to throw up.

– He clicked completely. I laughed and laughed. He got so scared and ran out and threw up by the chickens. It was so much fun and he was so pissed off!

– Totally psycho

Sæter was very excited that the ladies at Torpet just laughed at him.

– I had so little self-awareness and self-control that I was furious. Totally psycho, and I clicked on them. So it was a good thing it didn’t make it on TV, he smiles now.

Myhre says that he needed time to calm down afterwards.

– It’s a real shame that they didn’t take it on TV. It took a while before Erik was happy again, she recalls.

Now both Sæter and Myhre have checked in on Farmen kendis. You can see who will stay on Wednesday at 20:00 on TV 2.
