Chihuahua.- A 70-year-old man lost his life after suffering a heart attack while he was crewing his unit and collided with the central median and lost his life minutes later after receiving CPR maneuvers from paramedics.
The incident took place on the Periférico de la Juventud in a south-north direction at Universidad de Juárez street, north of the city.
Road Police elements, the man would have suffered a heart attack minutes before, while driving his Chevrolet Silverado vehicle and was left without vital signs on the central ridge after receiving CPR maneuvers.
Paramedics from the Mexican Red Cross arrived and provided the first medical attention, but the elderly man could not resist.
Elements of the Road Police flagged the area and carried out the corresponding procedures and the presence of agents of the Central State Attorney General’s Office was requested.
