An agent attached to the La Fortaleza escort was injured this Wednesday when the motorboat he was on board was hit by a vehicle on Roberto H. Todd Avenue, in front of the store. Martinez Marineat Stop 18, in Santurce.
According to preliminary information, the agent identified as Julio Santiago was on duty driving a labeled motorcycle.
After the collision, the motorboat turned to one side and the uniformed man fell to the pavement, resulting in minor injuries. He was transported to the Doctor’s Center Hospital in Santurce where he received medical assistance.
Sergeant Miguel Avilés, attached to the aforementioned police precinct, investigates this accident.
