One almost had the impression that the Dropbox developers had stopped working – but that is not the case. Just what the interaction of Dropbox and macOS 12.5 and later concerned, it should continue. The rollout has been extended to May 2023 and those who would like to enjoy this updated version sooner can join the beta now.

To sign up for preview releases:
- Sign in to dropbox.com.
- Click on your profile picture or your initials in the upper right corner.
- click on settings.
- Activate below settings in tab General on pre-releases.
Standard, Advanced, Enterprise and Education customers: Contact the account team or customer support for more information.
They also work directly with a small group of customers with complex configurations to ensure their migration is as seamless as possible. The updated version is more integrated with macOS and brings some changesthat meet the requirements of macOS.
