The candidate of the PSC to preside over the Generalitat, Salvador Illahas accused ERC to blame others for droughtwhile the president of the Generalitat and ERC candidate for re-election, Peter Aragonéshas reproached the “negative silence” of the Government in projects such as the modernization of the Urgell canal.
