The 2nd concert “La joie, l’amour et le désir” of the “Emotions” concert series will take place on April 29 at 7:00 p.m. in the Capuchin Church in Feldkirch.

Works by Joseph Bodin de Boismortier, John Loeillet, Johann Christoph Pepusch and others will be performed – about joy, high spirits, love and desire. All very human feelings, which are often referred to as spring fever on the threshold of the merry month of May. Many great poets have tried to describe these feelings. But can it also be expressed without words?

Can one languish with the delicate tones of the recorder? Can an oboe whisper in love? Can music bring out heartbreak, melancholy, longing and, last but not least, the greatest of all emotions – love? Find out.
