CDMX.- Actor Ezra Miller has reached an agreement to plead guilty to a charge of breaking and entering and robbery in Vermont, United States.

This Thursday, it was announced that the actor who gives life to Flash in the DC Extended Universe will plead guilty to the charge to avoid prison, according to a report by NBC News.

After being accused of the theft of some bottles of alcoholic beverages that were in an unoccupied house in Stamford, the actor reached an agreement so that the charges of trespassing and petty theft are dropped.

US media report that said agreement could be finalized this Friday when Ezra Miller goes to the Bennington County Superior Criminal Court to plead guilty to the charges.

From said action, the histrion would have a sentence suspension of maximum 90 days, one year of probation and a fine of 500 dollars.

The maximum sentence that the model would have faced could reach up to 25 years in prison, according to NME.

The Flash actor is still in controversy over charges stemming from public order disturbance cases.

In mid-August 2022, Ezra Miller announced that he would seek to attend to his mental health in order to end the scandals in front of the premiere of The Flash tape.
