Affected users say they waited months after requesting a refund, but seeing no results, they opted to ask for help.

“We had left three hours before, but nevertheless we could not arrive,” added Luis.

And upon receiving their case, we asked the directors of Copa Airlines if they would be willing to do something to help the Lliguin family, and fortunately, they decided to support them. They informed us that they will communicate directly with him to give him the good news.
“Three days after you acted, they called us to tell us that they were going to refund our money,” Luis said.
And they returned a total of $2,551.56 which left him very encouraged.
“I am very grateful because I did not think they were going to return my money,” he added.
It is worth mentioning that this case was resolved thanks to the fact that the airline decided to extend a courtesy to the lliguin family, although they did not have to. Remember that, for international travel, it is always advisable to buy insurance against the unexpected.
