Fearsome "Bemba": they ask for help to arrest a dangerous fugitive

Police ask for help to capture Wilfredo “Bemba” Bonilla Davis, 22, suspected of multiple carjackings and murders.

Bonilla David would have cut his shackle on April 3, for which Judge Marieli Paradiso, of the Aibonito Court, issued an arrest warrant with $600,000 bail.

According to the authorities, the fugitive has committed multiple carjackings, in which he always chooses women as his victims. They suspect that the vehicles would be delivered to the gang of drug trafficker Nelson Torres Delgado, for whom federal authorities are offering a $50,000 reward.

In addition, he is a person of interest for the double murder that occurred in a grocery store in Coamo, on May 10. The victims were identified as Mary Lynne Rivera Santiago, 53, and Nathanael Sánchez Massa, 22. Rivera Santiago was innocent.

The young man had been arrested in November 2020, after escaping from the Ponce prison in May of the same year.
