Ciudad Juárez— The State Attorney General’s Office, through the State Investigation Agency in the North Zone, carried out a search yesterday at a house in the Paseo del Pedregal subdivision, where it secured evidence, a rifle and various drugs, including 5,170 kilos of ‘crystal’ and a thousand fentanyl pills.
The search was carried out as part of an investigation folder of the Crimes Against Life Unit, of the Northern District District Attorney’s Office, reported this Friday in a statement.
In that place, an expert and a public prosecutor searched for evidence to strengthen the folder, when they located and confirmed the following:
– A gun club rifle with the legend savage Mark II cal. 22.
– 5 plastic boxes containing a white, granulated substance with characteristics of glass, weighing 5,170 kilograms.
– 2 transparent plastic bags containing a thousand blue pills which have the characteristics of fentanyl, weighing 216 grams.
The seizure was made available to the Public Ministry for the corresponding inquiries, it was reported.
