The Mexico City Attorney General’s Office (FGJCDMX), dismissed a lawsuit that was filed with the writer Luz Elena Chávez of a civil nature.
Through a statement, it points out that this type of complaints are not the competence of said autonomous bodyTherefore, it clarifies that the public ministries only and exclusively have interference in criminal accusations.
They indicate that neither its owner Ernestina Godoy Ramos have something to do with that complaint and, they add, that they respect free demonstration, but not deceit and lies as the journalist also says, for which they respectfully call on him not to behave with falsehoods.
The letter ends by saying that the prosecution builds credibility “through the truth.”

Luz Elena Chávez, who in addition to being a writer and journalist is also an animal activist, sent a message through her Twitter account stating that Ernestina Godoy Ramos filed a civil lawsuit made up of a thousand pages “for moral damages for sterilizing 23 Goldens to save them life”, for which the affected person asks to compensate the damage with “40 million pesos”.
The controversial writer of “The King of Cash” manifested itself through a video in another message.
“I want to tell you that as a woman and since I wrote this book I have been a victim of persecution. I have been a victim of gender violence. I have been the victim of threats and to prove it, as you will see here in my hands, I have nothing more and nothing less than a file against me of this size.
He indicates that the prosecutor’s office took revenge for what was written in the aforementioned book and that he finds it amazing that the owner of the dogs was a fugitive from justice and now he is the one who denounces.
For this reason, he launched against “El Rey del Cash” in reference to the president of Mexico, as well as Claudia Sheinmban and Ernestina Godoy.
“Anything that happens to me I hold them and any of the others responsible that appear in the book The King of Cash responsible.”
