FIFA 23 has just unveiled the list of players nominated to appear in the very selective TOTY, the team of the year on FIFA Ultimate Team. There are many French players, so we detail the list, but also how to vote to choose who deserves to be part of it!
Who says beginning of the calendar year, says Team of the Year, or TOTY, on FUT ! A hundred players have been named by FIFA 23 to potentially be chosen by the fans, in order to appear in the prestigious team of the year. Like every year, players who will be selected by the community to be part of the final team will have a TOTY cardnot only rare, but above all which will remain relevant until the end of FUT mode operation on this edition, their statistics have improved so much!
Several votes will take place, for fans to choose which players deserve to be on the TOTY list. Indeed, at present, we can already vote for the best eleven of the year, choosing one card per position on the field. Once voting for this Team of the Year is complete, EA will offer a twelfth place: players around the world will be invited to choose one, and only one, additional player from a shortlist, to join the TOTY team. Once the twelve men of the team of the year are chosen, EA will propose one last team, without additional votes this time, it’s the Honorable Mentions teamwhich follows Team TOTY every year as it brings together some of the best players who didn’t make it to the top 11 in community votes.
