Miami.- At least five people were injured in a shooting confrontation inside a Fort Lauderdale apartment complex, city about 35 kilometers from Miami, according to local media, citing police sources.
The five injured were taken to hospitals, the NBC6 channel said without giving details about the condition of these people.
The confrontation broke out for unknown reasons in the courtyard of the residential complex, the outlet added.
Local 10 said for its part that the Police are looking for people suspected of being the perpetrators of the shots.
Police have only reported so far that they were investigating a shooting with “multiple victims” in the northwest area of the city.
