In mid-November, the S.ony started the Brazilian pre-sale of the new DualSense Edgethe professional PS5 controller that offers a host of button customizations for the most demanding gamers.
With a suggested retail price of R$1,449.90, this week the product obtained approval from Anatel, indicating that it is already ready for sale in Brazil and that it should reach stores together with the launch on the international market, scheduled for this Monday (26 ).
Anatel’s certification was issued last Thursday (22) under product code CFI-ZCP1. It is worth mentioning that the document does not specify whether the product will be manufactured in Brazil or whether it will only be imported for resale.
Recently, some consumers have been disappointed to discover that the DualSense Edge does not have improvements in battery capacity over the original model, which is a concern for gamers who play games for extended periods of time.
As an official recommendation, Sony indicates that players play with the new braided USB-C cable and with greater extension that comes with the device connected to the console as a way to preserve the battery.

Sony introduced the DualSense Edge for the PlayStation 5 in August with new customization options and a premium design. And today we have good news if you had your eye on this controller, as it is already on pre-order in Brazil and the first units will be delivered in December.
The new DualSense Edge is available for pre-order on Amazon for R$1,449.90 with the first deliveries scheduled for December 29th, which means that those who have already secured theirs will be able to play with the new controller before the new year.
Among the differentials of the DualSense Edge are the triggers in the lower area of the control that can be customized to perform actions within the game and on the PlayStation 5. There are also customizable control covers for the analog sticks and a reinforced charging cable and security lock to prevent accidental disconnections.
DualSense Edge settings can even be saved in profiles so you can quickly switch between them according to the game currently running. The kit even includes a bag to store all the accessories and the controller, as well as extra buttons and triggers.
